Do you make custom or specialty items?

Absolutely! Simply send an email with your inquiry and I will contact you ASAP. Prices on specialty/custom orders will vary depending on time and cost of ingredients.

How do I place an order?

Simply click on the Contact Me section of the toolbar. Write your order or inquiry in the “information Box”. It will be emailed to me & I will contact you ASAP.

How do I get my order?

I am happy to offer FREE delivery to anyone in the neighbourhood of Pemberton Heights. There is a $5 delivery charge to orders anywhere else on the North Shore and a $10 delivery charge on those across town.

How do I pay?

I accept CASH, CHEQUE or E-TRANSFER. In most cases, payment is collected when you have received your order.

What is Swiss Meringue Buttercream?

Swiss Meringue Buttercream is one of my favourite frostings to work with. The process involves mixing egg whites & sugar together over a double boiler, it’s then mixed at high speed until cooled and finally butter is added a little at a time. What results, is a delicious, velvety, ultra-smooth frosting.

Should I refrigerate my cake?

If your cake has Swiss Meringue Buttercream it MUST be served at room temperature to be fully enjoyed. I recommend leaving the cake out on your counter for at least 2 to 3 hours before enjoying. Alternatively, if your cake has any cream based products in the filling or icings, it should be refrigerated.

Do you work with fondant?

The short answer, no.

Nut Allergies

Although I offer “Nut-Free” baked goods, I do have an assortment of nuts in my kitchen/freezer. Therefore, I cannot guarantee my kitchen as a “Nut-Free Zone”.
