Maile Deligianis has been a professional Pastry chef for 11 years. She creates a broad range of cakes, desserts and baked goods. Maile believes in using only whole “real” ingredients and doesn’t believe in taking shortcuts.
Maile attended the Dubrulle French Culinary Arts Institute where she earned diplomas in both the Culinary Arts Program and the Professional Pastry and Desserts Program. She continues to progress in her passion for baking and creating memorable desserts.
Maile lives and works in the wonderful community of Pemberton Heights in North Vancouver with her husband, Louie, and their daughter, Eva.
